Typical menus

I can cater for children with different dietary needs. I have vegetarians and children who are gluten intolerant. I just need to know about your child. The foods listed below are typical but I do add different foods; sometimes just for variety and sometimes because the children ask for something.

Lots of these foods are mixed around and fillings and toppings may change; so if your child does have an allergy please make sure I know about it.

Snacks
Fruit – typically, banana, apple, oranges, grapes, raisins SULPHITES

Lunches

  • Sandwiches (on sliced bread, French bread, bagels, rolls) with buttery spread CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN, LUPIN, MILK
  • Ham, Cheese, Pate, cold meats MILK, EGG
  • Lettuce, cucumber and tomato
  • Mini pizzas (made on French bread, bagels, muffins) CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN, LUPIN with tomato, herbs, cheese and cold meats MILK
  • Noddles CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN, EGG
  • Scrambled egg on toast, with buttery spread CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN, LUPIN, EGG, MILK

  • Baked potatoes served with a choice of fillings typically tuna mayonnaise, baked beans, buttery spread, cheese FISH, EGG, MILK,
  • Taccos, with fillings such as beans, salsa, meat CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN, LUPIN
  • Toad in the hole LUPIN, MILK, EGG, CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN
  • Homemade pizzas or made with puff pastry CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN, LUPIN, MILK, EGG,
  • Fish fingers / chicken nuggets FISH, CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN, MILK, MUSTARD
  • Potato waffles / chips CEREAL CONTAINING GLUTEN

Always served with salad or vegetables, typically one or two of the following: broccoli, peas, carrots, courgettes, cabbage, peppers, onions, mushrooms
